Island Cat Feral Rescue, Inc. is currently developing a county wide survey to determine the number of feral cats living in Saint Johns County who desperately need our services in order to survive. Unofficial estimates place the population numbers in the thousands. The survey form will protect anonominity and privacy for caregivers and other concerned respondents. This is not a government survey and the confidentiality of those responding will be ensured. This is critical for accurate statistics and safeguarding the rights of caregivers and homeless feral and stray cats.
