S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue is doing great things for Spay / Neuter.

Free Spay/Neuter vouchers funded by money raised at the "Spay-ghetti" Dinner were distributed thru the end of February.

Call 904-460-0556 for more info on future events!

SAFE Pet Rescue and First Coast No More Homeless Pets (FCNMHP) "Spay Days" were also a success ...

The Neuter Commuter for area cats was a success- and ferals were welcome...the ride started at Staples Parking Lot on US 1 South in St Augustine at 7 am on dates announced beforehand. The event took place every 2 weeks last summer  - and the turnout was good and a much needed resource in the community. Animals were returned to the same place in the evening. Cats cost $20 each for the basic spay/neuter, rabies vaccination - an unbelieveable price! Traps were provided by FCNMHP who loaned the traps in SAFE's name. Other notes: Dogs were also accepted - call 904-460-0556 for more info on the future of the event ...

All ferals going to FCNMHP must be in a trap or the clinic won't handle them - 1 adult per trap 2 kittens per trap. No food after midnight the night before......
